Terms of Service

By accessing or using Track Goals, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Track Goals is a productivity and goal-tracking application that allows you to create and manage SMART goals, schedule work sessions, write notes, and conduct periodic retrospectives. The Service is provided as software-as-a-service (SaaS) accessible via web browser.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice. We will not be liable to you or any third party for any such modification, suspension, or discontinuation.

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information.
• Keep your password confidential and not share it with others.
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or remain inactive for an extended period.

Track Goals is offered under a subscription model. Pricing, plan features, and billing cycles are described at trackgoals.net/pricing.

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
• Payment is processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your payment method on each renewal date.
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.

Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
• Deleting your account immediately terminates your subscription without a refund of any prepaid period.

Free trials

If we offer a free trial, it will be described at signup. At the end of the trial, your payment method will be charged unless you cancel before the trial ends.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Upload or transmit malicious code, viruses, or any software designed to damage or interfere with systems.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without our prior written consent.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Use the Service to store, transmit, or distribute content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable.
• Attempt to interfere with the availability of the Service (e.g., denial-of-service attacks).

The Service, including its design, code, branding, and all materials created by us (excluding Your Content), are owned by or licensed to Track Goals and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use the Track Goals name, logo, or other trademarks without our prior written consent.

Your use of the Service is subject to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of data as described in the Privacy Policy.

By you: You may terminate your account at any time by using the account deletion feature in your Profile page. Deletion is immediate and permanent.

By us: We may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without notice if you materially breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or if required by law. We may also terminate the Service entirely.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Track Goals and its operators from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Service, (b) Your Content, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any rights of another.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and may delete your account before the effective date.
